I just came across this successful principles twice in a week. Life that enriched others is a beautiful life.

A major part of the process of achieving success and living the kind of life that you dream of is to give. Many people think that to get what you want you have to take it. There is a universal truth though that the true path to get what you want is to give. When you give, you get. What you sow, you shall reap. If this is true, then what is it we must give? I'll show you the way...

Give Others Your Honesty. The world we live in has a simple rule that most follow: Lie when you have to. Unfortunately, this may make some people wealthy but it makes us humans poor. To achieve success is to become wealthy not only in money, but in character. To be successful, truly successful, is to be able to attain your goals and keep your character at the same time!

"Honesty is the most single most important factor having a direct bearing on the final success of an individual, corporation, or product." Ed McMahon

Mister McMahon is right, though others will tell you otherwise. Some people will say, "You have to bend the truth to get ahead." Not true. Some of the most successful people who have ever lived were honest people.

How about you? Are you honest in all things? The problem with little lies is they become big ones. Lies spin out of control. You get caught in one lie and you lie to get out of it etc.

In all things and at all times, give others your honesty.

Give Others Your Respect. Most of the time we give people respect based on what they have done or what they have accomplished. We gauge whether or not they are "worthy" of it based on what we know of what they have achieved or who they know or are related to.

But I believe we should have a higher standard: We respect people not for what they have done or for who they are related to or for what they can do for us. Instead, we respect people for simply being.

What would happen in our world, in our company, and yes, even in our families if we started with respect for everyone else rather than making them earn it? I think we would see that most people would live up to the respect that we give them!

Give Others Your Vulnerability. We are taught to "be strong." And yes, we should be strong. But we have also embraced something that I think keeps us from having the kind of life that we long for. It is an idea that keeps us from experiencing the kind of relationships that would bring deep meaning to us. It is the idea of vulnerability.

"But Chris, make yourself vulnerable and people will step all over you!" It is true that this will happen. But I have also seen that most people will be drawn to you. They will help you. They will open up to you. You see, we are all broken people inside. We all have secrets. Yes, everyone plays "the poser" at some point in their lives, but when one let's down their veil, others soon follow - and we all win.

Give Others Your Care. Too many people are running around this old earth not caring about others. The days of "Look Out for Number One" and "Winning Through Intimidation" are over! Let's bring about a new day when we can care about others AND succeed!

Take the time to show people you care. Listen to them. Empathize with them. Love them. Now, I don't mean that you have to go around hugging everyone - that probably wouldn't fly in corporate America anyway - but we can take some time to step back from business and be human! And I have found that when we do so, our business succeeds as well!

Give Others Your Passion. There is nothing this world needs more than passionate people. And people need passionate people. Living in this day and age can be tiring. The hustle and bustle of it all can wear you down and tire you out. Give your passion to others and fire them up.

Don't just be humdrum - be excited. Give people all the energy you can muster up. And you will find that energy reciprocal. They will get energized and passionate. This in turn will fire you up more when you are already charged and get you going altogether when you don't feel like moving at all!

Give Others Your Experience. We all have areas that we excel in and they are usually areas that we have experience in. One of the things we can do to make our lives more meaningful and be of utmost help to others is to show them the way through the experiences we have.

Sometimes it will be what they should do: Shortcuts to take, people to meet, etc. Sometimes it will be what they should not do: Shortcuts not to take and people to stay away from! Whatever it is, we can be of service to others by giving them our experience and ultimately it will make us all better!

Give Others Your Help. All in all, what we want to do is to help others. Zig Ziglar says that if we will "help enough others get what they want, we will in turn get what we want." If we want to be successful, we should consider ourselves servants of other people. What can we do to help them and make them better?

從以斯帖記看預定 ：善良的以斯帖

A story of Queen Esther. Dedicated to all the godly sister. :)

心地善良的以斯帖 :『希該喜悅以斯帖』（斯2：9）
『凡看見以斯帖的都喜悅她』（斯2：15）
『王愛以斯帖過於愛眾女，她在王眼前蒙寵愛比眾處女更甚。王就把王后的冠冕戴在她頭上，立她為王后，代替瓦實提』（斯2：17）

以斯帖的美貌，不足為奇。她從小就長得美。事實上，能被選入宮當皇后候選人的女子，有哪一個不美的？所以容貌姿色部分，以斯帖當然沒問題。但問題在這裡：美女那麼多，有多少個能做到『凡看見以斯帖的都喜悅她』的？世界上，美女不少，但是，有品德的美女，就不是那麼多。我們看看電視電影明星、主播、、、，很多都長得很美。但是，品德上，也一樣美嗎？婚外情的，時有所聞；為達目的不擇手段的，所在多有；極盡一切努力要嫁入豪門、結交權貴的，不在少數；傲氣十足的，一大堆。生得美不美，很多時候，是天生的，是上帝預定的。但是，心美不美，卻是需要自己努力的。當然，人的心美不美，依然在上帝掌理之下：上帝可以任憑你讓自己的心不美，上帝也可以激勵你讓你努力追求自己的心很美。我們不知道上帝預定的內容，可是我們知道上帝聖經的規定，而聖經本來就規定我們要追求讓自己的心地美麗，這就是上帝顯明出來的旨意，是人人都要遵守的。

『隱祕的事是屬耶和華我們神的；惟有明顯的事是永遠屬我們和我們子孫的，好叫我們遵行這律法上的一切話』（申29：29）

很多時候，聖經已經明明寫清楚了，但我們還在求問神，還在要求上帝顯明祂的旨意，這是錯誤的禱告。如果我們不肯看重上帝已經顯明的事，還提什麼屬神的隱密事呢？上帝顯明的旨意，寫在哪裡？就寫在聖經裡！聖經不讀，道理不聽，如何明白神的旨意？結果，當然就變成隨心所欲東求西求、只重感覺、連違反聖經都無所謂而已。我親愛的弟兄姊妹們，上帝顯明的旨意，都已經寫在聖經裡了。遵守這些旨意，就是我們應盡的本分。沒有人有藉口說：上帝預定我心地不好，所以我就是心地好不起來。說這種話，是為自己的行為定上罪。因為，上帝聖經明明指示了，叫你要培養自己心地好，而你自己不肯去做，罪就是自己的。

『他說謊是出於自己』（約8：44）
『各樣美善的恩賜和各樣全備的賞賜都是從上頭來的』（雅1：17）

一切的惡，罪都是自己的。一切的善，都是從神來的。因此，犯了罪，不要說那是上帝預定我、叫我犯罪的，也不要去扯別人、推給魔鬼。因為，罪都是自己犯的，不是上帝叫那個人去犯的。而我們若有任何一絲絲的美善，都是上帝來的，都是上帝給的力量，都必須歸榮耀給上帝。
有位偉大的宣教士，如此說：『一切的罪，都是我自己犯的。一切的善良，都是上帝給的』這就是歸正神學的信念。以斯帖不只長得美，心也很美。這成了一種很特殊的氣質，散發出馨香之氣，非常吸引人。所以，掌管入宮女子的主管太監喜悅她，國王喜悅她，眾人也都喜悅她。但是，我親愛的未婚的姊妹們、弟兄們，你們，有多少人喜悅你呢？有多少人會覺得你心地很美呢？當你為自己的婚姻，求神祝福；當你祈求上帝賜下另一半時，你，是否已經盡了自己本分，讓自己心地變美了？當我們盡了本分，成果就是上帝的事。能結婚，很好，感謝主；不能結婚，也很好，也感謝主。但是，當我們未善盡本分，我們如何要求成果呢？我見過好幾位未婚的姊妹，真的很美好，就像以斯帖一樣。她們不一定長得很美，但是，心裡真的很美，很自然就會散發出一種馨香之氣。很溫柔、很愛主、待人很好、、、。一接觸，就讓人覺得很舒服，如沐春風，讓人可以體會到主的愛。她們一直沒有遇見合適的伴侶，所以一直未婚。我不是上帝，所以我當然不知道上帝為何這樣安排她們獨身。也許，上帝的時間還沒到；也許，上帝就是要她們終生不婚。我自己會這樣覺得，因為她們太美好了，沒有一個世上的男生能配得上她們的美，上帝為了疼愛她們，避免她們被糟蹋掉，所以不讓她們遇見兇惡。因為，這時代裡，壞的男人，真的很多。

『不叫我們遇見試探；救我們脫離兇惡』（太6：13）
『因現今的艱難，據我看來，人不如守素安常才好。你有妻子纏著呢，就不要求脫離；你沒有妻子纏著呢，就不要求妻子。你若娶妻，並不是犯罪；處女若出嫁，也不是犯罪。然而這等人肉身必受苦難，我卻願意你們免這苦難。』（林前7：26-28）

是男人需要女人，不是女人需要男人。
『那人（男）獨居不好，我要為他造一個配偶（女）幫助他』（創2：18）
女人自己一人可以過得很好，但男人自己一人通常過得不太好。所以是男人需要女人幫助，而不是女人需要男人。很不幸的，世俗的觀念，卻反其道而行。大家都以為女人需要男人，沒有男人就活不下去。錯了！姊妹們！不要自貶身價，不要搞錯自己在上帝眼中的份量。沒有結婚的女人，是為主而活，是主的新娘。

『沒有出嫁的，是為主的事罣慮，要身體、靈魂都聖潔；已經出嫁的，是為世上的事罣慮，想怎樣叫丈夫喜悅』（林前7：34）
『我說這話是為你們的益處，不是要牢籠你們，乃是要叫你們行合宜的事，得以殷勤服事主，沒有分心的事』（林前7：35）

聖經中，還顯明了一件事，讓我們看見以斯帖品德的美麗。那些皇后候選人，晉見國王之前，都可以隨心所欲要求東西，而且，都可以得到所要的。
『女子進去見王是這樣：從女院到王宮的時候，凡她所要的都必給她』（斯2：13）

這很不得了。換言之，她們可以要求很多錢，可以要求很大的房子，可以要求很多美麗的珠寶首飾、、、。這樣，即使她們落選了，也還有所報償。這是很公平的交易。而且，見國王之前，和眾人一樣提出這樣的要求，是正當、合法、合情、合理的。但以斯帖竟然別無所求。

『以斯帖，按次序當進去見王的時候，除了掌管女子的太監希該所派定給她的，她別無所求』（斯2：15）

這是個慾望何等低的女孩啊！她難道不知道，這次如果不藉機趕快要求一些東西，那萬一落選（這機率可是很高的），她就會變成一無所有了嗎？她難道不知道，提出要求，是完全合法合理的嗎？但是，她竟然別無所求。我親愛的姊妹們，對照現今的世代，我們可看出這二者的不同？多少明星、主播、名模、、、，收受富商名流的高價餽贈，收得天經地義、心安理得。甚至，還會主動要求對方進行高價餽贈。天底下，有白吃的午餐嗎？收受這樣的餽贈，之後要付出些什麼東西，自己會不清楚嗎？這時代裡，援交之事，非常常見。反正都一樣，就是用身體換金錢物品而已，又沒有什麼損失，身上又不會少一塊肉，不是嗎？而且，別人也都這樣做，不是嗎？
基督徒們！面對錯誤的社會現象，面對墮落的風氣與潮流，我們是分別為聖的一群，就是不能同流合污。別人可以，不表示我們也可以。我們的身體，是聖靈的殿。豈能為了會朽壞的金錢物質，就將之出賣了？當我們為了錢，連身體、天良都賣了，那我們還有什麼不能賣的呢？豈不像猶大為了三十兩銀子，就將愛他的主賣了一樣？以斯帖的美貌，不僅是外在，也包括內在。這種內外均美的美貌，讓她能在一大堆的角逐者中，脫穎而出，當上皇后。在這裡，我們又清楚看到上帝的預定：以斯帖能決定國王挑她當皇后嗎？不能！國王事先知道以斯帖會雀屏中選嗎？不知！假如以斯帖見王那天講錯話呢？假如以斯帖見王那天表現不佳呢？她只有一次機會，沒有第二次。如果那次見面，國王不滿意，她就再也沒機會了。每個國王喜好不同，環肥燕瘦，各有所好。以斯帖能掌握國王的喜好嗎？萬一國王喜歡肥的，而以斯帖是瘦的，那她就會落選。萬一國王喜歡瘦的，而以斯帖是肥的，她也會落選。這些，都不是以斯帖能掌握的。事實上，以斯帖事先只能盡她的本分，努力建立一個好品德而已。之後的成果會如何，並非她所能掌握。
這是預定論很重要的觀念：人要盡本分，成果交給上帝決定。在這件事上，我們又看到上帝預定與人的努力，那種美妙的協調與一致。

我親愛的弟兄姊妹們，預定論絕不是讓人懶惰的藉口，而是讓人積極進取、善盡本分，然後安心在主懷裡，相信上帝帶領的預定。在以斯帖品德美好的部分，我們重申預定方面的一些重點：
1. 人的美醜，天生注定。但人的品德，是自己可以努力的。
2. 人的努力，並未與上帝的預定矛盾。
3. 上帝的預定，常是封閉的。我們只能盡本分、勤努力，成果就交給上帝決定。
4. 上帝顯明的旨意，都寫在聖經裡了。不肯遵守聖經，卻誇談或追求上帝隱密的旨意，是錯誤的行為。
5.一切的罪，都是我自己犯的。一切的善良，都是上帝給的。

小小羊

Praying Mode

I am in praying mode these two weeks. Basically fast and pray for these few things :

a) Lost sheeps of the church

b) MNC heart preparation and members who attend the MNC

c) Next year ministries activities, ideas and focus

d) Spiritual atmosphere of the church

e) New ministry house

Let's us respond to Pastor message to fast and pray for MNC. I am looking forward God creative miracles in our people life. Yeah !!

亲爱的教会，赞美神，还有十一天我们就要前往在吉隆坡举办的第十四届全国/环球大会。当我们为这盛会倒数，让我们为之祷告：

1. 筹委团
当筹委会忙于为盛会预备，让我们在日常祷告中纪念他们。祷告吉隆坡希望教会将会成为所有来自众希望教会的祝福和鼓励。让我们以祷告支持他们，如同摩西，亚伦和户珥以祷告支持约书亚和以色列军队（出17:8-13)。

2. 盛会
鼓励我们的人为这场盛会的成功禁食祷告。让我们祷告这常年的聚会将会作为我们许多人生命的转捩点，特别是捕捉我们运动的异象。

3.人
召集我们的人为神通过这场盛会触摸他们的生命而祷告。在关怀小组，单位会议，家庭祷告会等等聚会中祷告。

最后，我们想要回应摩西牧师从诗篇50：15的劝勉：
诗50: 15 并要在患难之日求告我，我必搭救你，你也要荣耀我。
当我们呼求神，他就会帮助我们，使他的名得荣耀。
一切荣耀归给神。

信息

刚刚才为两个没有来教会一段时间的弟兄和姐妹写电邮，另再付上每周的牧师信息。这是我每一周都会做的事，已经成为每周必做之事。目地是要与他们保持联系和让他们知道我们生活的点滴。我对神很有信心，他必会行他奇妙的作为，叫那迷失的羊儿回到他那里。

路加福音 15：4-5
你们中间谁有一百只羊，失去一只，不把这九十九只撇在旷野，去找那失去的羊直到找着呢？
找着了，就欢欢喜喜地扛在肩上，回到家里。

Number Doesn't Matter

Only six of us in tonight prayer meeting. The Lord spoke to me number doesn't matter so much. The important is the heart of the people in prayer. The peace of the Lord reigned in my heart immediate after God spoke to me. I saw angels dancing during our praise and worship time and when we start to pray it was like a lot of people were praying. The prayer sound was loud and clear. The Lord said take time and wait in my presence, I will start to do mighty and wonderful things soon.

God is in our midst during the prayer meeting just now. Lord, may You give our people a desire to connect with You and reaching Your heart. Amen !!

等待

人的生命当中有很多的等待。

等待是好的还是不好的呢？等待又有它什么的意义呢?

a) 以史帖等待12 个月才可朝见国王。
b) 摩西在荒野生活了40 年才看到燃烧的荆棘，唤起了神给他的呼召。
c) 以色列人在埃及生活了430 年，神才召摩西带领他们出埃及。
d) 亚伯拉罕等待了15 年才得着第一个孩子。

看了以上的例子后，我有了新的概念对于等待 ：

等待是为了磨练一个人的品格和性格。
等待是为成就神美好的计划。
等待是为了造就神美好的旨意，而不是人的旨意。

Stop failing backward start failing forward!

John C. Maxwell new book teach us how to deal with failure. Make make someone success and achieve anything they want ? It is they are lucky, family background, wealth, greater opportunities, high moral or they have an easy childhood ?

John C. Maxwell said The difference between average people and achieving people is in their perception of and response to failure. Maxwell had learned to make failure his friend. Failure is overcome by all these steps :

• Master fear instead of being mastered by it.

• Break out of the ruts that keep people failing.

• Learn a simple strategy to success after experiencing a major setback.

Leadership expert Peter Drucker says, "The better a man is, the more mistakes he will make, for the more new things he will try." Mistakes really do pave the road to achievement.

Do not be fearful in facing the failure.

We Are Moving

In Dec 09, I will be shifting house again.

Second times for year 2009.

Shifting house can be somethings tiring.

I don't enjoy shifting house.

9 years of staying in Kuantan...

Have help me to accumulate a lot of things.

The most important things is...

I am going to miss the friends and food courts around

Jalan Air Putih and Kuantan Garden.

Hu hu hu..... I am going to miss my current housemate too....

Ha ha ha.....

As I looked into another dimentions,

Shifting house is another way to expand the Kingdom of God.

a)Shifting house allow us to touch one another life.

I thanked God for an opportunity to shift from initial ministry

house to my current house in Air Putih. It blessed me and allow

me to be a blessing to others.

b)Shifting house is a sign that shows Kingdom of God is expanding.

9 years ago, we have one ministry house. Now we have another

new ministry house. It shows new people add in and the house

is expanding.

c)Shifting house challenge our comfort zone.

Moving into another empty ministry house really challenge our

faith to trust Him as our provider. New ministry house is totally

empty. No furniture, no curtains, no WIFI, no chairs, no table,

no washing machine...etc. It also far a bit from our working place.

There are a lot of things need to invest. We plan to fulfill basic

needs first before investing in other facilities.

d)Shifting house make us to depend on God

It another new environment, new chapter in another house,

there is still uncertainty in some here and there. But we are

going to trust God for good.

Soon, in dec09, my new chapter of life in a new ministry house is going to begin.

Trusting the Lord for another fruitful year ahead !!

Make A Different

As she stood in front of her 5th grade class on the first day of school, she told the children an untruth. Like most teachers, she looked at her students and said that she loved them all the same.
她站在五年级教室前面的第一天，她在孩子面前说了一个谎言。就像其它的老师，她看着她的学生说，她爱他们都是一样的。

However, that was impossible, because there in the front row, slumped in his seat was a little boy named Teddy Stallard.
但是，这是不可能的，因为在前排，坐着一个名为泰迪斯塔拉德的小男孩。

Miss Thompson had watched Teddy the year before and noticed that he didn’t play well with other children, that his clothes were messy, and that he constantly needed a bath.

By now, Miss Thompson realized the problem and she was ashamed of herself. She felt even worse when her students brought her Christmas presents, wrapped in beautiful ribbons and bright paper, except for Teddy’s.

Miss Thompson paid particular attention to Teddy. As she worked with him, his mind began to come alive. The more she encouraged him, the faster he responded.

By the end of the year, Teddy had become one of the smartest children in the class, and despite her lie hat she would love all the children the same, Teddy became one of her “teacher’s pets.”

A year later, she found a note under her door from Teddy, telling her that she was the best teacher he’d ever had in his whole life!

Six years went by before she got another note from Teddy. He then wrote that he had finished high school third in his class, and she was still the best teacher he ever had in his whole life.
六年过去了，她从泰迪那儿接到另一个纸条，他已经完成高中，他在班上是第三名，她仍然是他一生中最好的老师。

Four years after that, she got another letter, saying that while things had been tough at times, he’d stayed in school. He’d stuck with it, and would soon graduate from college with the highest of honors. Again he assured Miss Thompson that she was still the best and favorite teacher he’d ever had.
4年后，她得到了另一封信，他说，虽然事情艰难，但是他会坚持，并会很快的大学毕业， 考取最高荣誉。他再次向汤普森小姐肯定，她仍然是他见过最好的和最喜欢的老师。

Then four more years passed, and yet another letter came. After he got his bachelor’s degree he had decided to go a little further. She was still the best and favorite teacher he’d ever had. But now his name was a little longer… the letter was signed: “Theodore F. Stallard, M.D.”
然后，4年过去了，又收到另一封信。当他拿到学士学位，他决定在上一层楼。她依然他最好和最喜欢的老师。但现在他的名字有点长...在信上签字：“西奥多楼斯塔拉德博士”

The story does not end here. There was yet another letter that spring. Teddy said he’d met this girl and was going to be married.
故事并未就此结束。春天又收到一封信。泰迪说他遇到一个女孩，并准备结婚。

He explained that his father had died a couple of years ago, and he was wondering if Miss Thompson might agree to sit at the wedding in the place that was usually reserved for the mother of the groom.
他解释说，他的父亲几年前去世了，他想知道汤普森小姐是否同意坐在通常在婚礼，为新郎母亲保留的地方上。

Or course, Miss Thompson did. And guess what? She wore that bracelet, the one with several rhinestones missing. Moreover, she made sure she was wearing the perfume that Teddy remembered his mother wearing on their last Christmas together.

They hugged each other, and Dr. Stallard whispered in Miss Thompson’s ear: “Thank you for believing in me. Thank you so much for making me feel important and showing me that I could make a difference.”

Miss Thompson, with tears in her eyes, whispered back. She said, “Teddy you have it all wrong. You were the one who taught me that I could make a difference. I didn’t know how to teach until I met you!”

You can never tell what type of impact you may make on another’s life by your actions… or lack of action. Please consider this fact in your venture through life, and just try to make a difference in someone else’s life today.

Relationship Booster

TRUST is a very important factor for all relationships. When trust is broken, it is the end of the relationship. Lack of trust leads to suspicion, suspicion generates anger, anger causes enmity and enmity may result in separation. A telephone operator told me that one day she received a phone call. She answered, 'Public Utilities Board.' There was silence. She repeated, 'PUB.' There was still no answer When she was going to cut off the line, she Heard a lady's voice, 'Oh, so this is PUB. Sorry, I got the number from my Husband's pocket but I do not know whose number it is.' Without mutual trust, just imagine what will happen to the couple if the telephone operator answered with just 'hello' instead of 'PUB'.


NO POINTING FINGERS
A man asked his father-in-law, 'Many people praised you for a successful marriage. Could you please share with me your secret?' The father-in-law answered in a smile, 'Never criticize your wife for her shortcomings or when she does something wrong. Always bear in mind that because of her shortcomings and weaknesses, she could not find a better husband than you.' We all look forward to being loved and respected. Many people are afraid of losing face. Generally, when a person makes a mistake, he would look around to find a scapegoat to point the finger at. This is the start of a war. We should always remember that when we point one finger at a person, the other four fingers are pointing at ourselves. If we forgive the others, others will ignore our mistake too.

Mindset

As my friend was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a rope tied to their legs. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from the ropes they were tied to but for some reason, they did not. My friend saw a trainer nearby and asked why these beautiful, magnificent animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away.

“Well”, he said, “when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and at that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.” My friend was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn’t, they were stuck right where they were. The powerful and gigantic creature has limited its present abilities by the limitation of its past.

Like he elephants, how many of us go through life holding onto a belief that we cannot do something, simply because we failed at it once before ? How many of us refuse to attempt something new and challenging because of our so called MINDSET ?

Your attempt may fail, but never fail to make an attempt…

CHOOSE not to accept the false boundaries and limitations created by the past…

This is a great story !! Never fail to keep trying.

Plant Visit

A group of UMP students visited my plant for their project. Like other students, they took quite a number of pictures. I was leading and explaining to them. Here some pictures they took. Amazingly, I noticed today was very good weather. The sky was so blue and bright. It was totally different with the atmosphere in the office. The atmosphere in the office was down and not lively due to certain circumstances of the plant. It is a day to appreciate.

Sis Convocation

Attended one of my church member convocation on 3/10/2009. I had such a privilege to be invited by her to witness this memorable moment together with her parents in the hall.

Seeing a lot of successful faces from the big LCD screen in front of us. My memories flies, 10 years ago, I was on the stage received the scroll. I am sure my family really proud of me.10 years later, I was sitting under the stage inside the hall looking at those graduates received their scroll.

I was in different feeling now. Is this the feeling my mum used to has when I am on stage 10 years ago ? I think it should be.

Graduation marked the new chapter of our life. Sis, though you didn’t get any Anugerah on that day, but you are always the best student in God’s eyes. Let’s look forward and venture into another new chapter of life that God already prepare for us.

Wonderful Morning

I woke up at seven and got ready for my work. I opened the pink little door of my house. Morning breeze came into the house. The road in front of my house was quiet. I am enjoying the morning breeze reliazing that I miss up a lot of wonderful moments in the morning. The gentle whisper voice of the Lord communicated to me : ‘ dear my daughter, everything gonna be fine. My grace and love is new every morning.’ ‘ Thanks Father, you still remember me. Grant me new hope to trust in You. Let me live in Your abundant love each day’.

I experience a sense of strenght once again after the gentle whisper of Lord to me. It is a worderful morning. A morning to treasure.

小女生大氣度- 摘自自由時報

有一對小姐妹每天放學後，一定會一起到我們的便利商店光顧，因為這對姐妹乍看之下與其他人並無不同，甚至普通到讓人過目即忘，直到我見識到她們之間相處模式那一刻開始。
這個姐姐的外表看來文文靜靜，但脾氣卻異常火爆，每次到店裡來，總會看見她嚴厲的對妹妹進行「機會教育」~最常聽見的有--「妳是笨蛋嗎？這個快要到期了，還拿。」?
要不然就是： 「妳是白癡呀！明明寫買一送一，妳還只拿一個。」更狠的還有：「妳這隻豬，金額超過了妳不會算嗎？」等等之類的。


那個挨罵的妹妹，居然一聲也不吭的就任由姐姐罵，還依然氣定神閒的挑選她想要的東西，且絲毫不受影響。某天又到了放學時間，但令人意外的是這天只有妹妹一個人來，我見那個潑辣的姐姐不在，於是便和她聊起天來。
「妹妹，今天怎麼只有妳一個人？」我問。
「姐姐感冒了，所以請假。」妹妹朝我一笑，樣子相當可愛。
「我覺得妳姐姐好兇喔！」我試探性的表示。
「還好啦！不要理她就好了。」妹妹在賣場逛著，神情相當愉快。
「可是她每天都那樣罵妳，妳不生氣嗎？」我好奇的問。
「愛生氣的人是她又不是我，而且被罵一下又不會痛。」妺妹嘟嘟嘴道。


是嗎？小小年紀居然可以這麼豁達，真是不可思議，反觀自己，也許是從小就養尊處優慣了，所以現在才會稍微被責備一下就難過得想死，吃了點虧就非得要據理力爭不可，在精神層面她真是比我強太多了.......。



「阿姨，我要買這個。」妹妹拿著一支冰棒到櫃檯來結帳了，我一看正好是促銷品，於是對她道： 「妹妹，這個現在買一送一喔！妳可以再去拿一支。」 我以為她的反應一定和其他小朋友一樣，先是眼睛一亮然後滿心歡喜，不料她卻對我說： 「可是我現在只想吃一支就好，另外一支就送給別人好了。」說完對我揮揮手便走了。 看著妹妹一蹦一跳的離去，我忽然有很深的感觸，這個小女孩太特別了，甚至讓我覺得在某方面我必須向她學習。

挨罵，她可以不在意；多的，她也不貪心，如果有人都能以這麼簡單、純真的心來面對這世界，我想紛爭與悲劇應該就可以終止了吧！


一個人的快樂，不是因為他擁有的多，而是因為他計較的少。


Remarks :

这是个很有意义的故事。有多少人我们能像这个妹妹这样呢？很多时候，属世制造了很多要佣有更多，更高，更大的欲望，我们从来都不曾感恩过。

Assorted Nut Moon Cake

This was written on 26 Aug 2009.

Receiving a mix nut moon cake from a sister. Mix Nut moon cake or assorted mix nut with ham moon cake are my favourite. I like these type of moon cakes due to its variety nuts inside. I planned to buy just one, taste it and reward myself in this special Chinese festival.

I had been searching to buy mix nut moon cake since I am in KL for bible conference. A counter was set up during the BC to sell various moon cakes for fund raising purpose. Unfortunately, this type of moon cake had sold out. Monday night, I searched for this kind of moon cake in one of the supermarket in town when I did my shopping on groceries. It is sold out too. Look like a lot of people is having the same taste with me ?? !!

Yesterday night, I had been given a moon cake by a sister from a ministry house. Yeah….it is mix nut moon cake….my favourite !!!

Thank you sister for being so thoughtful and caring. Thank for being a guardian angel to me. Appreciate your friendship and partnership in Christ.

How is Your Worship ?

Worship is a life style and not merely singing song to Him. Worship is what you do everyday for Jesus. When people ask you : “how is your worship today ?” It means they want to know how you spend your time in a day with Jesus.

How is my worship yesterday ? Yesterday was a Pahang State Public Holiday. It is a wonderful day and a day to treasure. The day was spent worshipping the Lord by doing these things :
a) cleaning and tidy up my bedroom
b) cleahing and washing the toilet
c) clear up the paint on a wall of a church
We plan to refurnish the wall with new colour, new logo and new vision statement
d) Newspaper reading and cutting
e) Dinner with sisters
f) Go shopping for the groceries for whole week

Thank you Jesus for this day. Though normal but fulfilling.

一個罐子跟兩杯咖啡

一个很有意义的故事，希望看了的人会被鼓励。

這一天的哲學課，教授站上了講台,他卻不發一語，
只是從講桌底下拿出了一個空的美乃滋瓶罐。
接著他拿出了一袋高爾夫球,

他把整袋的高爾夫球塞進了美乃滋空罐裡。
然後教授就問學生同不同意這個罐子已經是滿的了，
學生們當然是同意。


接著，教授又從桌子下拿出了一杯小小的鵝卵石。
他慢慢地把鵝卵石往罐子倒，邊倒邊搖，
不一會兒，所有的高爾夫球間的縫隙，

竟也都填滿了鵝卵石。
這時，教授又問學生同不同意，

這個美乃滋罐子已經是滿了？？？
學生當然是同意。


可是，話才剛說完，

教授又從講桌底下拿出了一杯細沙子。
教授又用同樣的方法，

邊倒邊搖的把沙子填滿了鵝卵石之間的小縫隙。
教授又問了大家同不同意，

這回罐子是真正的滿了？？？
同學說應該是全滿了，沒有空間了。


想不到同學才剛答完話，

教授又從講桌下拿出了兩杯咖啡來。
開始徐徐地往美乃滋罐子裡倒，

直到兩杯咖啡全部到進罐子裡，一滴也不剩。
倒完咖啡後，教授笑著對同學們說：

“現在的美乃滋罐子才是真正的滿了啦。”
同學們也跟著笑了起來，就在整個教室的歡笑聲裡。


教授說話了：

“你們知道我今天做這個表演，是要告訴你們什麼嗎？”
我是要用這個美乃滋罐來告訴你們一個道理，

一個關於我們一生的哲理。
這個美乃滋空罐就是我們的人生，

高爾夫球就是我們生命中的一些大事情，
例如：上帝，家庭，小孩，朋友，健康，還有你的摯愛。
生命裡沒有那些小鵝卵石或沙子是沒關係的。
可是要是缺了這些大事情，

我們的生命根本沒有意義。


小小的鵝卵石就是我們生命中的其他的事情，

例如：工作，房子，車子等等東西。
至於那細沙子就是我們生命中的小事情，

那些細微不重要的瑣事。
今天我的表演....

如果是一開始就先把細沙子灌滿美乃滋罐子，
那就根本沒有空間好放入高爾夫球跟鵝卵石
同樣地，如果我是先倒鵝卵石，
那也是會沒有空間好給高爾夫球。


我們的生命就是這樣的，

如果你儘是把寶貴的時間花在細微的瑣事上,
你就不可能有時間去處裡重要的事情。
所以，我們該多花時間去注意，

那些會關係到我們快樂與幸福的事情。
多跟我們的小孩一起，

多去陪陪我們的父母、祖父母，多些時間給家人。


多注意自己的身體健康，不要擔心家事做不完。
不用擔心房子還沒粉刷，不要擔心花園還沒整理。
我們會找到時間來做這些事情的，

先多花些心思在那些重要的大事情上吧!!


生命只有一回，

我們把事情的輕重緩急跟優先順序弄清楚
生命才會有意義，教授說到這裡。
有個同學舉手了....
教授，那兩杯咖啡又代表著什麼呢？
『我很高興你問這個，』教授回答道
這兩杯咖啡就是要告訴我們，

不管我們的美乃滋罐看起來是裝得多滿
我們總是可以有空間跟朋友一起享受杯咖啡的！


我們的一生似乎總是這麼的忙。
有這麼多的事情要處裡，
似乎是一天的24小時總是不夠用？

First Lesson on Moving in the Spirit.

This was written on 25 August 2009. Voice from the Lord listened on 24 August 2009,
5am.



Just back from the Bible Conference on the topic of Moving In The Spirit. This is the first lesson God teach me on how to depend on Him and move in the spirit.

I am a HR and Admin Manager in a newly set up company. Financial status of this company is not so stable. Every month, employees are not getting their salary on time. Last month salary was really late. Until 20 August we still yet to get our salary. Our staffs had all kind of emotions due to the delay of salary. Insecure, uncertain, restless, pressure…..

I stayed cool and calm outwardly. But inwardly, I was getting inpatient with the unstable situation of my company. Not because I am not getting my portion of salary on time. Majority it is because of the helpless situation and pressure from employees asking when they are going to get their salary.

Last week, I started to pray for my company financial status and employees salary. God spoke to me in one of the bible conference session that I need to trust in Him as He will take care all my things including my problem in work.

During the way back from Bible Conference, I quite concerned on how I should answered my employees if the come and follow up with me on their salary as this is really out of my control.

This morning, I wake up at 5am to pray. God once again spoke to me that my company employees will get their salary bank in by today. When I reached my company, I am kind of reluctant to come down from my car. And I asked God again : “You sure all my employees will get their salary today ? And God answered…..yes, they will.

So around 2.45 pm, my Senior Manager informed me that he had banked in our salary and we get our salary at 3.00 pm. Praise the Lord for an experience in trusting and moving in the spirit.

Thank you Jesus for an important lesson learned on moving in the spirit.

Taiwan

Had stopped blogging for some time. Now is in the mood to start blogging again. Want to talk about Taiwan this time round. A country that recently catch my attention.

Few weeks ago, a friend of mine shared that she is now saving money so that she can travel to Taiwan next year.



At the same time, another friend shared that Taiwan is very fascinating place with good food.
Food….yummy….something that I enjoy.


During Monday lunch time, I was doing some newspaper reading. I read an article talking about famous places in Taiwan.


Then, the same day late evening, I was talking with a friend through skype. She said she was staying up late yesterday night in order to book the cheapest flight ticket to Taiwan.

Taiwan…..is that so special ? I would like to tour to Taiwan too in near future. :)

Character

Ever wonder what is the meaning of character ? John Maxwell illustrate character is just like ice berg. 4 % of the ice berg on top of the water represent our talent. 80 % to 96 % of the ice berg which is underneath the water is our character.

Character is describe as part that is unseen or our real self when no one see what we are doing. We need strong character to hold our talents and gifting. If we have great talent but lousy character, our talents and giftings will not last.

3 practical ways to build our characters :
a) Best use our adversity
Hellen Keller : character can't be buld in normal time. Only through suffering, it will create
character and vision.
b) Do the right things
Choose to do the right things. When we do the right thing, it will cause you everything. Our
choice will determine our character.
c) Take control of our life
Edaward Young : Doing thing you need to do, then you will do the thing you like to do.

Life Is Short ...

My plant engineer came into my room this morning. He informed me one of the staff was not coming to work due to his twin brother had met with an accident. I think it is surely hurt for him to lost someone so dear to him. I had this experience before and I truely understand that kind of feeling. It was not easy to overcome and move forward.

It reminded me that our life is short. We will never able to predict what is going to happen next. But we can always ensure that we live our life worth for His calling. Never look back what is already pass. Focus what is in front of us. I been reminded by Kong Fu Panda quote :

Life is what we create for, yesterday is history, tomorrow is mystery and today is gift.

Phi 3:13-14

13Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

Wonderful Saturday Morning ( 6.6.09 )

How you normally spend your Saturday morning ?

Last Saturday morning was a wonderful morning for me. I woke up at seven then did my quiet time. 8.30 am, I fetched a sister from ministry house to eat curry mee near by the beach.

I always enjoy eating curry mee in one of the famous shop there. Not because it taste extremely good. But I enjoyed spending my time near by the seaside.

We purposely ate our curry mee in that shop because this sister had never tried the curry mee there even though she had been staying in Kuantan for a long time. Good to know that she enjoyed eating the curry mee.

When we were going to pay our money, I met one of our youth that got converted many years ago in Hope Kuantan. He is working now....going to open his own design studio in KL. All the best, friend...

So many wonderful things happen in this Saturday morning. Thank God.

Special Morning ( 3 June 2009 )

This is a special morning for me. Even though, the water filter of my aquarium was working very hard to pump the water……But for me, it is still a quiet morning. I know God is here and He is going to speak to me.

I am asking God. What can I expect for tonight healing teaching. God showed me a picture of a small tree. On the tree there are lot of dews. What are these dews represent?

God said new things and time of refreshing. God I will wait for you to come and refresh the church.

Deu 32:2 My teaching will drop like the rain, my sayings will drip like the dew,1 as rain drops upon the grass, and showers upon new growth.

In the afternoon as I checked from the online bible dictionary for the meaning of dew; I noticed that dew representing time of refreshing. Please see the explanation below :

Dew is the means of refreshing and reinvigorating all vegetation. Many Scripture references carry out this idea. The song of Moses says, "My speech shall distill as the dew" (Dt 32:2). "A cloud of dew" (Isa 18:4) refreshes the harvesters. "My head is filled with dew" (Song 5:2). "Like the dew of Hermon" (Ps 133:3). "Thou hast the dew of thy youth" (Ps 110:3). "Thy dew is as the dew of herbs" (Isa 26:19). Job said of the time of his prosperity, "The dew lieth all night upon my branch" (Job 29:19).

God's Calling

June 3, 2009. Prophesied by PT again. “God’s calling” appear again in the prophecy. I though prophecy 1 ½ years ago about God’s calling in my life was just a coincident. I told God, You must be calling the wrong person. I don’t know anything about leading Your church. I have nothing special that I can offer to You. You must be kidding.

But tonight, God confirmed again. Not only confirmed but rebuked me as well. At first I though it was just a prayer to receive more power and anointing to do His work. But PT started to prophesy. He first prayed for a brother. Then he came to me and prophesied for me. I still can remember vividly what God said to me through him.

“Do not look at your inability, do not look at your inadequacy or talent. Do not look at your circumstances. Look at God. Look up to God. Tap on God's power. Be faithful to God’s calling. Be faithful to God’s calling”

God… You are so understand and so personal. Even to the little though I have… You know. I can’t run away from You. You can see through me.

I can’t sleep after back from the prophesy session. Overwhelmed by what God wants to do in my life. Where shall I start ? How shall I prepare myself ? It is a big task. I might not able to do it. I have fears. I have insecurity. I have no ideas at all….

God speaks to me :
Exodus 4:10-16 (New International Version)
10 Moses said to the LORD, "O Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue."
11 The LORD said to him, "Who gave man his mouth? Who makes him deaf or mute? Who gives him sight or makes him blind? Is it not I, the LORD ? 12 Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say."
13 But Moses said, "O Lord, please send someone else to do it."
14 Then the LORD's anger burned against Moses and he said, "What about your brother, Aaron the Levite? I know he can speak well. He is already on his way to meet you, and his heart will be glad when he sees you. 15 You shall speak to him and put words in his mouth; I will help both of you speak and will teach you what to do. 16 He will speak to the people for you, and it will be as if he were your mouth and as if you were God to him.

I waked up from my stubbornness. Lord, let Your will be done. Let Your kingdom come. Use me if I am the choosen one. Not according to my way but Your way.

Is time to back to my blog after stop blogging for one week. A lot of wonderful things God done in our midst and life. Think I have to be quick to pen all these down here before my internal hardisk ( brain ) get congested and limited space. Ready....? Here come the list :

a) Two brothers in our YWA group get promoted in their job. Both of them are ( VIP ) very
important person to their boss now.
b) One of the brother in our WA group experience increment in sales from 39.9 % to 60 %
this month after 4 month not seeing much breakthrough in sales.
c) One of the sister achieved her sales target of 93% and rewarded commission of RM300.00.
d) One brother was baptised in the Holy Spirit. The presence of the Holy Spirit was so strong on

our Wednesday prayer meeting. God said He is please with our gathering, angel dance and

celebrate with us. God had a word of exaltation to the brother. God said he is a special

disciple, a mustard seed. God will develop him and use him greatly. God said great things is

going to continue happen.
e) God open door for a sister who searching for job. It is so easy to see how God open door for

job as we walk in God’s will.

Something is going happen. Something good is in store when we are together. Yeah...."God I am looking forward to expect greater things to come. "

Do you have a bad day ?

Do you hava a bad day today ? Let’s us see how America First lady Michelle Obama encouraged a group of children when she visited Ferebee-Hope Elementary School in southeast Washington.

These are some of her statements:

"So sometimes if you spend all your time being frustrated about your bad day, sometimes it just makes it worse," she said.
Mrs. Obama told the students that everybody has bad days.
"Nobody is going to have a great day every day. Everybody has a bad day — even me," she said. "Even the President of the United States has a couple of bad days."
"When something gets hard, because it will be — there will be plenty of things that will be hard for you all; there are things that are hard for me," she said. "Will you promise me that you will not quit?"

Even Barak Obama has his bad days, what about us ? Is time for us to change our attitude / thinking and move on. Eventually good day and blessing of God will follow. Cheer ....!!

Man's Marriage vs God's Marriage

What is different between Man's Marriage and God's Marriage?


Man's idea of marriage is bases on human and worldly value.
It is a convenient relationship which is not going to last forever.
It is a formula without truth and it has no power.
Because it is not under God's authority.



God's idea of marriage is bases on God's biblical perspective and value.
It is a convenant relationship which is going to last forever.
It is under God's authority. It speak out God's truth and power.
And, the most important things is this :
When God's authority establish in our relationship and life,
God's purpose and God's will can be FULFILL.


It is better to wait for God's timing rather than feel sorry later.

The Plant

Recently, I have new hobby. My new hobby is to plant small plants in the pots. I can consider it is a good start for me even though I have not reach to the extend of doing gardening. Yesterday, after came back from visitation and healing service invitation, I made up my mind to give a new home for this plant. I had transfered this plant from its original pot to a new pot I had prepared. The reason behind for me to do so is to provide the plant with more space to expand itself and new soil to grow. This plant had became my roomate since Mac'09. I met this plant during my shopping in Ikea and I had decided to bring the plant home. The reason I bought the plant, is because of its cheap price. RM1.90 for a small plant and RM1.90 for a white ceramic pot. Small and cute.

I saw how the plant struggle itself to grow up. It had been so careful to ensure itself grow vertically and not grow horizontally. Not because it can't grow horizontally but because the pot had limited its grow. I saw how the plant grow bigger and bigger each day. I am so cruel if I just ignore its hidden potential. So I decided to give the plant a new home and new environment.

This plant reminded me one very important principle of life. Plant growth limit by the size of the pot. Fish growth limit by the size of the pond / aquarium. Our growth, dreams and destiny limit by what we see and think. We can’t achieve beyond because we think we can’t. We had limited ourselves because of the situation and circumstances around us. Is time for us to transplant ourselves into good soil, new ground, wider place for growth.

Something to Ponder...

I had came across this phase in Ps. Jeff Chong ( Hope Singapore ) blog. Find it is really meaningful for us to ponder about. It sounds like this :

Jesus was often alone but never lonely.
People are hardly alone but often lonely.
Can you and I be alone and yet not be lonely?

Drink Water

I am always having problem to remind myself to drink more water even though I know drinking water is very important and good for health. In order to encourage myself to drink more water, I just invested a 500ml water container last Sunday during the lunch time of Dale Carnegie seminar I attended. At first, the 350ml, Bross branding, light blue colour water container managed to catch my eyes. But the price was quite high. RM13.90 just for one small water container ? Nah.....is too expensive. I decided to seach for other alternative and brand. After much comparison on the pricing, colors, size and which brand to buy, I ended up buying this 500ml green colour water container. It just cost me RM 9.90. I liked the sheeps on the bottle. It always reminds me sheeps in the kingdom of God.

Here are other tips that I get from the website that can encourage you to drink more water :
* Make it a Morning Ritual. A magazine article said that many of us wake up dehydrated, and the first thing you should do before you do anything else is drink two glasses of water. Made it a regular morning habit, and it inspires the momentum to continue drinking more for the rest of the day.
* Add Some Lemon. Back in the early stages when you couldn't stand drinking water, you can squeezed lemon juice into water.
* Keep it In the Clear. When your urine is clear, you are properly hydrated. When your urine is a dark yellow, you are definitely dehydrated.
* Think of How Pretty You'll Look. Whatever psychological trick keeps you hydrated!
* Do It Like It's Hot. If you're in the mood for a hot drink, drink heated water. Sometimes we just want the psychological pleasure that comes with having a hot mug cupped in our hands than the actual drink itself. Plus, coffee and tea contain caffeine, which is a diuretic and elevates the rate of water being expelled from your body via urination.
* Drink When You Have a Munchie Attack. Sometimes our hunger is thirst masquerading as fake hunger. Drinking a cup or two of water will make you feel "full."
*Take Baby Steps. Don't expect to go from zero glasses of water to the full 8 glasses overnight. Start with one glass of water in the morning and one glass of water at night, and build your way up from there.
* Cheap cheap. Water at restaurants are FREE!
* Always have a full glass of water near you when you are working. It will give you something to mindlessly sip on when you are brainstorming.

I am now practising the last tip, it is very effective. The freqency of drinking water per day in me had increased !!! Try it !!

The Promise Of Rainbow

What is rainbow means to you ? Scientist said rainbow is an arc of spectral colours, usually identified as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, voilet that appears in the sky opposite the sun as a result of the refraction dispersion of sunlight in drops of rain or mist. Optimistic people said rainbow represent colour of life where we taste the up and down of life.

Bible said rainbow is the sign of God’s covenant with man
( Gen 9:12 ).Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, it reminds us the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth ( Gen 9:16 ). How wonderful to know that God still keep His promises to us until today.

7 May 2009 is a day to remember. 4.30 am, we are going to venture into the deep jungle of Sg. Lembing to explore the Rainbow Waterfall. We called this day “ The Promise of Rainbow”. We are going to see the rainbow under the refraction dispersion of sunlight in drops of waterfall. People been there said, the rainbow will only appear in front of us from 9am to 11am. Praise God...!! Till 1 May 2009, we manage to gather a team of 15 people to join this chasing the rainbow trip. We are going to witness one of the wonders in Sg. Lembing. When you witness the rainbow in front of you, don’t forget the convenant of God with you.

These are some of the reminders for our exploration team members :
1. Sleep early the day before the trip as we will travel around 4.30 am on that day.
2. Pray for safety and good weather the day before and on that day. Good weather will ensure
us to see the rainbow at the waterfall.
3. Pray for good fellowship. We are going to spend long hours in travelling. It is a waste if
we just spend our time in sleeping.
4. Bring extra cloths for changing and girls please wear dark colour T-shirt as it will be easy
for you play water.

First Try

It is indeed a brand new experience for me as I use my brand new electric double boiler to cook ABC soup. The result of cooking…..guess what….it taste good and original. I have a small sense of achievement after tasted my own home cook soup. My housemate enjoyed drinking my home cook soup. Thanks Angie for trying.

Life always surprise us when we are daring to venture into new things and new experience. I been reminded.
